UNPOPULAR OPINION TIME!
i didn’t like BLADE RUNNER. at all. BUT! i LOVED *this* scene! just loved it to pieces.
(little known fact: that last line he gives. “like tears in rain” wasn’t scripted. he ad libbed that during shooting & everyone loved it so much they kept it in there.)
just an all around great soliloquy.^ Yup. Not to the “Didn’t like Blade Runner,” bit. That makes you a monster, in my eyes. No, I’m saying “Yup” to the unscripted bit. And that line MAKES the goddamn soliloquy.
